										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The owner of this detached property commissioned our practice to design her a two storey annexe extension. The garage was demolished to make way for the new annexe which comprises of a living room to the front, downstairs toilet, kitchen, dining and garden room to the rear with two bedrooms and a bathroom at first floor. The annexe is connected to the main house by an internal door. We also replaced a living room window to the main dwelling with bi-folding doors. The annexe was design to compliment the existing house with external materials to match.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A galleried two storey hall links all rooms together in this new four bedroom detached house. Dual aspect windows to the living room overlook the open countryside. Future accommodation has been supplied in the attic providing some flexibility of use. Solar roof panels and a heat pump provide hot water and under-floor heating. An irrigation system utilising storm water was designed for the garden.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We were commissioned to redesign the ground floor layout of this family home to suite the changing lifestyle of our clients. The work included designing an open plan kitchen and dining rear extension, a garage conversion converting the flat roofed garage into a utility and store room with pitched roof and replacing an office and conservatory with a large ground floor bedroom with en-suite and sitting area overlooking the garden.  The kitchen extension has a vaulted ceiling with roof lights and bi-folding doors.</p>
